Course received
If your course access was provided, the fee is not refundable.
After 1 week
If more than 1 week has passed and you received your course, you are not eligible for a refund.
Request review
To request a refund review, contact support with your registered name, email, payment proof, payment date, and a clear note that you did not receive course access.
